Office of Institutional Research & Evaluation The Tufts Office of Institutional Research and Evaluation serves as a resource for the university community, providing
accurate and timely information to a variety of stakeholders. We provide data, topical research, and analytical support to university decision makers in order to
help support informed planning and decision making.
The Office currently has an opening for a Research Analyst who is responsible for providing technical, research, and statistical support for various research projects. In addition, the individual in this position initiates, conducts, and reports on various research projects, performing related duties, which include: questionnaire design; survey administration; data analysis; report preparation; and communication of results. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years' related experience. Masters or doctorate preferred. Must possess strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, including: experience with multivariate statistics; expertise in use of SPSS or SAS; proficiency with spreadsheet and graphics software; strong oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills; and ability to work in a team environment.
