The Scientist plays a key role in ensuring the scientific development for world-class health assessment products, and conducting strategic psychometric projects. Particular focus areas are the continued development of item banks for health outcomes using Item Response Theory and the refinement of the companies CAT system. This position supports patient-based outcomes research (e.g., quality of life, functional status assessment, disability, satisfaction, etc.) for client-sponsored, government-funded, and internally funded projects.
