DIRECTOR OF MEASUREMENT AND TEST DEVELOPMENT - Tampa, FL
The Director of Measurement and Test Development will be responsible
for planning and organizing test development activities, including
the complete review and development of test objectives, test items,
pilot tests, test forms and study guides. The director will also
select and train Florida educators to serve on development and
validation committees.
A Ph.D. in Measurement and Testing, Psychometrics, Industrial/
Organizational or Quantitative Psychology with at least three years
experience in large-scale testing programs, preferably certification
and licensure testing is required.
