Position Announcement
Assistant/Associate Professor

The Department of Educational Psychology & Foundations at the
University of Northern Iowa invites applications for a tenure-track
position in the area of Quantitative Methods at the assistant/associate
professor rank to begin fall 2009. We are particularly interested in
candidates with research interests in education and expertise in methods
relevant to collecting and analyzing large-scale data sets. Research
specialty is open. Teaching responsibilities may include, but are not
limited to, graduate and undergraduate courses related to statistical
methods, research design, program evaluation, and classroom assessment.
The successful candidate will also be expected to serve on or supervise
masters and doctoral committees both within and outside the department.
A doctoral degree in education or a related social science discipline
(outstanding ABD candidates will be considered) is required. Salary is
commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits include
