Harvard's Center for International Development

Harvard's Center for International Development is launching The Entrepreneurial Finance Lab (EFL), which will develop technology to identify high-potential entrepreneurs for loans & training in developing countries using psychometrics. We are looking for a doctoral student in psychology, business administration, or related field to fill an exciting part-time position as the EFL's in-house psychometrician. The candidate would assist the Director & PI in the revision and expansion of our battery of tests, coordinate the Lab's network of researchers in academia and industry, and help analyze data from pilot projects. There may be opportunities for the candidate to use this original data for their own research. The desired qualifications are past research and a keen experience in psychometrics/entrepreneurship/organizational psychology, and advanced training in statistics. The applicant should be able to meet certification requirements for test providers (for example, the qualification level detailed below). If you are interested, please send an email summarizing your relevant experience and interest, along with an attached CV, to Sandra_oliveira@ksg.harvard.edu.
